A Cyclonic Circulation as an upper air system is over Andhra Pradesh coast and adjoining Tamil Nadu. Another Cyclonic Circulation is over Tamil Nadu. A trough is marked from interior Odisha till exterior South Tamil Nadu across Andhra Pradesh coast.
Thus, rains are likely over Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu including Chennai, Kerala and adjoining Coastal Karnataka. Isolated rains may be seen over Telangana and adjoining South Maharashtra.
In the East India, Titli which had weakened into a Cyclonic Circulation over Bangladesh and adjoining Northeast states has now moved away. A trough is seen extending from Northeast India to North Bay of Bengal across Bangladesh. Rainfall activity will now reduce, and isolated rains can be possible in few parts. Mist will be observed over East and Northeast India in morning hours. Dry weather will be observed in most parts of East India barring south Odisha, which may witness light to moderate rains.
Up North, a fresh Western Disturbance is likely to be seen over North Afghanistan and adjoining areas. An induced Cyclonic Circulation is over North Pakistan and adjoining parts of Jammu and Kashmir. Scattered light rains to moderate spells may be experienced over the hills of Jammu and Kashmir. Whereas, light rains can be witnessed in some parts of Jammu and North Himachal Pradesh.

The entire northwest plains will experience dry and warm weather. Intensity of haziness is likely to increase over most parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh. West Rajasthan will experience hot days. A fresh Western Disturbance is expected around October 15, due to this weather system, prevalence of north-westerlies and burning of crackers will push up the pollution levels in parts of Delhi-NCR.
In the Central India, an Anti-Cyclone continues to persist over Gujarat and its adjoining areas. Mainly dry weather will continue to prevail. Mornings will be cool and pleasant in parts of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha. Kutch will experience hot weather. However, few drops are likely to be witnessed in extreme south of Chhattisgarh.
