Titli has now weakened into a Cyclonic Circulation and it now lies over Bangladesh and Tripura. A trough is seen extending from this system up till Southeast Tamil Nadu. Due to the weakening of the system, dry northwesterly winds will begin to blow over the region.
Rain has gradually reduced from East India. Warm afternoon is expected over most parts of East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. However, South Odisha and extreme southern parts of Gangetic West Bengal may see some rains. Bihar, Jharkhand, North Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal may experience hazy mornings. Scattered rains are possible over parts of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland. Whereas, moderate rains are likely to be seen over Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
In South, a Cyclonic Circulation lies over North Tamil Nadu and adjacent Andhra Pradesh coast. Another Cyclonic Circulation is seen over extreme South of Tamil Nadu coast. Thus, rains are likely to be witnessed over Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh coast. However, Telangana and South Karnataka might receive light rains over isolated pockets.
Up North, a fresh Western Disturbance as an upper air system is seen over North Pakistan and its adjoining areas. Due to this, higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir and few pockets of Himachal Pradesh may receive scattered light rains.
Cool winds will blow over Uttarakhand and Northwest plains. The entire northwest India including Delhi might experience hazy mornings. Nights will be pleasant and a gradual fall in night temperatures will be observed, days will remain warm. However, due to stubble burning in parts of Haryana and presence of light winds of north-westerlies , the pollution level will further increase in parts of Delhi-NCR.

In the central part of the country, an Anti-Cyclone is marked over Gujarat. Thus, dry weather will continue to prevail over most parts of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Maximums are expected to rise, whereas, drop in night temperatures may be observed in parts of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
