The upper air cyclonic circulation over interior parts of Odisha is expected to move towards the north. A trough from this system will persist up to North Bihar. Another trough will extend up to coastal Andhra Pradesh. In view of these weather features, Moderate rain at many places with heavy spells at one or two places is expected over Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. Light rain is expected over Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal.
Northeastern states will also receive good rains.
Scattered light to moderate rain is possible over Vidarbha, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Konkan & Goa and Coastal Karnataka.
In South India, northern parts of Tamil Nadu and adjoining Rayalseema may receive some rainfall activities. Isolated light rain is possible over North Rajasthan.
Dry northwesterly winds will continue to blow over Northwest India including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and most parts of West Rajasthan. This will lead to pleasant morning and nights.
