Starting right away with South India, Northeast Monsoon would continue to be active over the region. As a result, active easterly winds will continue to give rains over Tamil Nadu, Kerala, parts of South Interior Karnataka and South Andhra Pradesh. Rain intensity may also increase over Andaman and Nicobar Islands. However, weather of North Andhra Pradesh, North Interior Karnataka and Telangana is likely to remain dry.
Moving to Central India, we see that the weather will remain dry over the entire region. Clear sky conditions and unabated cold northwesterly winds will result in marginal decline in the minimum temperatures over South Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha.
Now coming onto North India, a feeble Western Disturbance can be seen in the North of Jammu & Kashmir, however, it will not have any major impact on the weather. We expect dry weather to continue over the entire North India. Minimum temperatures are likely to fall further over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and North Rajasthan.
Fog has also started making appearance in the plains and we can expect shallow to moderate fog over parts of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Northwest Uttar Pradesh.

Finally coming onto East and Northeast India, we expect dry weather to continue over entire Northeast states as well as East India. During the next 24 hours, day and night temperatures may drop across East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and parts of Jharkhand. Temperatures over rest places would remain unchanged.
