Up in North, the Western Disturbance is moving across Jammu & Kashmir. Due to this system, dry weather is expected over the hills, whereas isolated light rains and snow may continue over upper reaches of Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
On the other hand, North Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana,Delhi, will witness a marginal drop in night temperatures whereas days will remain marginally warm. Shallow fog is also possible in some isolated pockets. A marginal improvement in pollution over Delhi NCR is also expected.
While in East and Northeast India, moist winds are mixing with northerly cool winds over some areas. These winds will cause widespread fog to form over parts of East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and North Bengal. Moderate fog will prevail over most parts of Northeastern states. The minimums would also remain above normal during the next 24 hours. However, dry weather will prevail over entire parts.
In Central India, dry weather will continue. A marginal rise in night temperatures may be observed over Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh, whereas a marginal drop is possible in parts of Gujarat region. The state of Maharashtra will continue to experience dry and hot weather conditions. Rest Central India will experience stable conditions.

Down in South, as easterly winds are strengthening marginally, rain or thunder shower activities are possible over coastal Tamil Nadu and Kerala.However, weather of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is expected to remain dry.
