A cyclonic circulation is seen over east-central Arabian Sea and adjoining Karnataka Coast. Also, a trough is extending from South Tamil Nadu to Southwest Bay of Bengal. With this, scattered light to moderate rains are expected over southern and coastal parts of Karnataka, Rayalaseema, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Another trough is extending from Arunachal Pradesh up to Bangladesh. This trough is expected to give isolated showers over the northeastern states of India.

Coming to the northwestern plains of India, the cool dry northwesterly winds have begun. This means that the minimum temperatures are expected to dip gradually over northwest plains including Delhi-NCR and Central India. Haze or mist can be expected during morning hours at many places over Northern Plains.

The weather in rest parts of the country will remain dry for now.
