A low pressure persists over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining coast of Sri Lanka. The systems remained practically stationary over the area. Another cyclonic circulation has formed over southeast of Andaman sea and it is anticipated that a low pressure area may develop over the region. In wake of these weather systems, Andaman will receive moderate to heavy rains. The coastal parts of North Tamil Nadu, South and Central Andhra Pradesh coast will also witness moderate to heavy rain while light to moderate rain is likely over South Tamil Nadu coast. Interior Tamil Nadu, Kerala, remaining parts of Andhra Pradesh and few parts of extreme South Karnataka are likely to witness light rain and thundershower.

Moving to East and Northeast India, a cyclonic circulation persists over Bangladesh and adjoining area. It is expected that mainly dry weather will prevail over East and Northeast India. Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura may witness fog during morning hours at some parts. Meanwhile, shallow fog/ mist are likely over Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Meghalaya and Gangetic West Bengal.
In Central India mainly with dry weather conditions will prevail. Morning will remain cool with mist and haze in most parts and the day will be sunny.

In North India, a western disturbance is approaching and induced cyclonic circulation may form over Central Pakistan during next the 24 hours. With this weather system, the hills will remain cold and pleasant and the sky conditions will become partly cloudy and the clouding will increase gradually. It is expected that the first snow of the season is a chance after 24 hours. Meanwhile, fog and pollution is likely to reduce over many parts of northwestern plains including Delhi. The western parts of Rajasthan will observe an increase in day temperatures.
