Weather Forecast for Nov 11: Winter chill in Delhi, Punjab, Rain in TN, Kerala, Kashmir

A fresh Western Disturbance is likely to affect Western Himalayas by the evening of November 11. We can expect scattered snowfall over higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir, while remaining parts of the state along with North Punjab could see few showers.

In the wake of this, minimum temperatures are also expected to rise marginally over the hilly states as well as northern plains including Delhi-NCR. However, one can feel the wintry chill as mercury will settle in the range of 10-14°C.

In central India, minimum temperatures will remain below average in South Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Telangana.

Meanwhile, we can see two cyclonic circulations, each marked over North Andaman Sea and Lakshadweep region. This will give scattered rains over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, South Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep Islands, while Kerala will record isolated showers.

Another cyclonic circulation is marked over Northeast Bangladesh and adjoining Assam and Tripura. With this, light rains are expected over northeastern states.
