The Western Disturbance is over North Pakistan. With this isolated rain and thundershowers will continue over Jammu and Kashmir. Rain intensity will be slightly higher over Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. A trough is also running from Punjab which will give isolated dust storm and thunderstorm over Punjab, Haryana, and adjoining North Rajasthan. Foothills of Uttar Pradesh may also witness some rains.
Coming to East and Northeast India, the persisting trough over Bihar will result in good rains over parts of Bihar. North West Bengal, Odisha may witness thundershowers. Northeast India on the other hand will witness light to moderate rains.
Coming to Central India, on one hand, heatwave will prevail over Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha. On the other hand, isolated weather activity may develop over East Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha.

Down South, a low-pressure area has developed over west-central Bay of Bengal and is likely to intensify further. This system will give good rains over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, along with Lakshadweep. Isolated rains may also occur over Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Meanwhile, good rains will continue over Interior Tamil Nadu, South Interior Karnataka and Kerala. Bengaluru will receive good rains with Hyderabad witnessing isolated thunderstorm activity.
