Beginning with the weather over North India a feeble Western Disturbance is moving across northern parts of Jammu and Kashmir. Hence, light rain will affect parts of Jammu and Kashmir. Dry weather with partly cloudy sky will be seen over rest of the hill stations of North India. Dry and hot weather will prevail over Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh.

Moving to the weather in East and Northeast India a cyclonic circulation is seen persisting over eastern parts of Bihar. Another cyclonic circulation is over South Assam and adjoining parts of Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. Under the influence of these two systems, the sky conditions will be cloudy and light to moderate rain and thundershowers with strong winds will affect eastern parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and northeastern states.
Further, warm and moist winds are likely over Odisha which will give rain and thundershowers over Odisha and North Chhattisgarh.
Further in Central India a cyclonic circulation lies over central parts of North Madhya Pradesh. A trough is extending from this system across Vidarbha. Due to the presence of this cyclonic circulation, spell of dust storm and thundershowers are expected over eastern parts of Madhya Pradesh and Southeast Uttar Pradesh. Furthermore, as dry and warm winds are prevailing with clear sky conditions hence heatwave conditions will continue to prevail over parts of Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha.

Lastly in South India due to presence of a north-trough to South Tamil Nadu Coast, light to moderate rain and thundershowers will continue over Karnataka, Interior Tamil Nadu. Due to warm and moist winds over Andhra Pradesh, light rains are also likely over few places of North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema. Light to moderate rains are also expected over Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
