To begin with North India, the Western Disturbance over Jammu and Kashmir will continue to give some rain and thundershowers over the hilly states. Strong winds cannot be ruled out over Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Meanwhile, a trough is extending from Uttarakhand to Haryana. With this, isolated short and sharp spell of rain are likely over Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. Also, temperatures will see a marginal drop over northwestern plains.

Moving on to East and Northeast India, a cyclonic circulation is seen over North Bangladesh and adjoining Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. A trough is also extending from this system up to Coastal Odisha. The combined effect of these systems will give isolated rain and thundershowers over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Upper Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Few thundershowers are also likely over North Bihar and Gangetic West Bengal. Temperatures over both these regions will rise by 1 to 3 degrees Celsius.
Down South, a trough is extending from Coastal Kerala to South Madhya Maharashtra, which will give isolated rain and thundershowers over North Kerala. Some light thundershowers also cannot be ruled out over Coastal Karnataka. Meanwhile, rest of South India will witness warm and humid weather.
