The weather systems which brought a prolonged spell of rain in North India are clearing away. But remnants of the Western Disturbance will bring some light rain in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. Little rise in temperatures are likely over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi-NCR, and North Rajasthan.
The condition will now improve in North India. Weather will remain dry for the next two days before another Western Disturbance starts affecting weather from March 17. This system will mostly affect Jammu and Kashmir followed by Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The effects of the weather system will touch up on Punjab, Haryana and Delhi-NCR. However, this spell of rain will be milder than the previous one.
By tomorrow weather will turn dry in Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal as well. In Northeast, upper parts of Assam and Arunachal will continue to receive some rainfall.
Weather activity will now increase in the Southern Peninsula. There are two cyclonic circulations, one over Chhattisgarh and another one over South Andhra Pradesh and adjoining Karnataka region. There is a trough running across these weather systems. Rainfall likely across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The East Coast and some parts of interiors could receive good showers.
Maximum and minimum temperatures in Delhi will settle at 29°C and 16°C
In Kolkata maximum temperature will settle around 34°C and minimum will be at 24°C
Maximum in Mumbai will be around 32°C. Night will be 22°C
Day in Hyderabad will be hot with max 38°C, while morning will be kind of better with minimum 24°C.
