We can expect Southwest Monsoon to further advance into some more parts of Tamil Nadu, Bay of Bengal and northeastern states during the next 24 hours.
Coming back to the weather conditions across India,
Starting with South, light to moderate rains, along with one or two heavy spells are expected over Coastal Karnataka. Meanwhile, scattered showers may occur over Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
Further, isolated rains cannot be ruled out over Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Moving to East and Northeast India, scattered light to moderate rains would continue over the northeastern states. The intensity of rains is most expected to increase over Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
Further, scattered showers are possible over Bihar, Jharkhand and parts of Odisha. Also, there are likelihoods of dust storm over East Uttar Pradesh and adjoining Bihar.
Coming to Central India, a cyclonic circulation can be seen over East Madhya Pradesh and adjoining area. Also, a trough is extending from this system up to South Konkan and Goa across Vidarbha and Marathwada.
This system would give light rains over parts of East Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Marathwada and many parts of Konkan and Goa and South Madhya Maharashtra.
Meanwhile, the weather over West Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat will remain hot and dry.

Up in North India, a cyclonic circulation can be seen over Central Pakistan. Also, a trough is extending from this system up to Haryana. However, we do not expect any significant weather activity over the northern plains in the wake of these weather systems.
There are possibilities of isolated showers over Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. While, heatwave conditions would continue in parts of North Rajasthan.
