With Monsoon covering more parts of East India, light to moderate rains may occur over northeastern states, Gangetic West Bengal including Kolkata, North Odisha, Jharkhand, East Bihar and East Uttar Pradesh. All thanks to cyclonic circulations over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and East Uttar Pradesh.
