Light to moderate Monsoon rains with few heavy spells would continue to lash Coastal Karnataka and Kerala for next 24 hours. All thanks to the off-shore trough running along the West coast. South Konkan & Goa may also receive good rains but North Konkan and Madhya Maharashtra along with South Gujarat would see light rains.

Light to moderate rains with some heavy showers are also possible over Southeast Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Vidarbha and Marathwada.
On the East Coast, Good Monsoon rains will also continue over Costal Odisha, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and parts of Telangana on account of a trough running along the coast till a cyclonic circulation is seen over Tripura.
Not only this, Scattered rains may occur over East Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal and parts of Jharkhand. This circulation would bring good rains are over northeastern states, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim.

Meanwhile in North, the Monsoon trough is extending from North Punjab to Bihar along the foothills of Himalayas. With this, scattered rains likely over Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. While Jammu and Kashmir will remain dry.
On the other hand, hot and mainly dry weather over Haryana, North Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh and Delhi but isolated thundery activity cannot be ruled out.
