The low pressure over Northwest Bay of Bengal has now weakened into a cyclonic circulation and lies over North Odisha and adjoining areas. Thus, moderate to heavy rains are expected over parts of North Telangana, Marathwada and Vidarbha. Moderate rains are also likely over Odisha, Chhattisgarh, North Andhra Pradesh, rest of Telangana, and parts of Madhya Pradesh.

Meanwhile, the off shore trough extending along the West Coast will give moderate to heavy rains over South Gujarat, Konkan and Goa, Coastal Karnataka and Kerala. Mumbai will also see moderate to heavy rainfall activity. Rest of Karnataka, North Tamil Nadu may receive light rains.
A cyclonic circulation lies over Upper Assam. Due to this, moderate to heavy rains will continue over Arunachal Pradesh, Upper Assam and Nagaland. Also, due to presence of a circulation over mid-levels in Bihar, moderate to heavy rains are expected over Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim with light to moderate rains over Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and rest of Northeast India.

Up North, the Western Disturbance persists over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir while its associated cyclonic circulation is over Punjab region. Thus, light rains are likely over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Meanwhile, Northwest India including Delhi will remain dry, but Southeast Rajasthan may see light rainfall.
