In North, a Western Disturbance is seen over Jammu and Kashmir Due to this light to moderate rains are possible over Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand and West Uttar Pradesh may receive moderate to heavy rains at few places. Meanwhile, foothills of Punjab and Northern parts of Haryana may receive few short spells of rain. North Rajasthan and Delhi may receive isolated thundershower.
Coming to east & northeast region, a cyclonic circulation is seen persisting over Bihar and adjoining Uttar Pradesh. Another cyclonic circulation is over Northwest Bay of Bengal. With this, moderate rains at many places with few heavy spells may occur over East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam and Meghalaya. There will be no relief from the massive floods in West Assam. While Jharkhand, West Bengal and other northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur and Tripura will witness light to moderate rains during the next 24 hours.

Moving to Central India, East Madhya Pradesh and North Chhattisgarh may witness scattered showers but other parts of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha and Marathwada may witness light rains at one or two places. While most parts of Gujarat will remain dry.
Down South, an off shore trough is seen extending along Maharashtra and Karnataka Coast. With this, light to moderate rains will continue over many places of Coastal Karnataka and Kerala. Konkan and Goa may also receive one or two heavy spells also. Meanwhile, isolated light rains may occur over Madhya Maharashtra, Interior Karnataka Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Coastal Tamil Nadu. However, the weather will remain dry over, Rayalaseema, Telangana and other parts of Tamil Nadu.
