The persisting off shore trough along the West Coast would continue to give moderate to heavy rains over South Gujarat, Coastal Maharashtra and Goa. In fact, light to moderate showers may too occur over Coastal Karnataka. In fact, Mumbai rains will also continue, with few very heavy spells. Monsoon will be subdued over Kerala, Interior Karnataka, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Meanwhile, in Central India, a trough is extending from Jharkhand to Vidarbha. Thus, light to moderate rains along with one or two heavy spells are likely over Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and parts of Chhattisgarh. There is possibility of scattered light rains over West Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Maharashtra as well.
A cyclonic circulation can be seen over Punjab and adjoining Central Pakistan and the axis of Monsoon trough is extending from North Punjab to Bangladesh. Therefore, we can expect scattered rains over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and parts of North Punjab.
Meanwhile, the weather across northwestern plains including Delhi-NCR would remain dry, however isolated thunderstorm cannot be ruled out over all these places.

Moving onto east & northeast region; the cyclonic circulation over South Bangladesh would give light to moderate showers with one or two heavy spells over Sub-Himalayan west Bengal, Sikkim, while scattered light to moderate rains may occur over northeastern states, Gangetic West Bengal, parts of Jharkhand and Odisha including Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.
