Due to the presence of a cyclonic circulation over East Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, moderate to heavy rains with few very heavy spells are expected over parts of Southeast Uttar Pradesh, Southwest Bihar, and Jharkhand. Rest of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand will see moderate rains.

A cyclonic circulation is over Central Assam. Therefore, we expect moderate to heavy rains to continue over the northeastern states along with Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. Moderate rains will also occur over Gangetic west Bengal and Odisha.
East Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh may also see heavy rainfall activity. Rest of Madhya Pradesh will see moderate rains. Due to the westerly winds, dry and warm weather is likely to prevail over western parts of Gujarat, Rajasthan.

Further, due to the Western Disturbance over Jammu and Kashmir, light rain will occur over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Meanwhile, moderate to heavy rains are likely over Uttarakhand. Northwest Plains including Delhi will remain warm with isolated activity in some areas.
Light rains are likely over some parts of West Coast due to thee feeble off shore trough. Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh may see some rains.
