The Depression lies over North Odisha and adjoining region. Therefore, we expect very heavy to heavy rains over parts of South Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha and Southeast Madhya Prdaesh. In fact, moderate to heavy rains are also likely over North Andhra Prdaesh and North Telangana.

Remaining eastern and northeastern states along with Madhya Pradesh will witness light to moderate rains over many places.
Due to the western disturbance over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir, moderate rain with few heavy spells is expected over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Prdaesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh.
As a cyclonic circulation lies over Southwest Rajasthan and adjoining region, moderate to heavy rains are likely over South Rajasthan. Meanwhile, light to moderate rains will occur over Gujarat.

Further, as the off-shore trough persists from South Maharashtra to Kerala Coast, we expect moderate rains along with few heavy spells to continue along the West Coast including Mumbai. Meanwhile, light to moderate rains are likely over Madhya Maharashtra. Dry and warm weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu.
