The well marked low pressure area in Bay of Bengal has intensified into a depression and is marked over South Chhattisgarh and adjoining areas. In wake of this, heavy to very heavy rains are likely over South Chhattisgarh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, South Odisha, Telangana and parts of Vidarbha.
Meanwhile, Madhya Maharashtra and southeast parts of Madhya Pradesh may record light to moderate rains with isolated heavy spells.
The weather over Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and rest of Odisha will remain dry, however scattered showers cannot be ruled out.
Southeast Rajasthan rest parts of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh will see scattered light to moderate rains.

Talking about the northeastern region, rains are expected to once again pick up pace and thus light to moderate showers may show up over parts of Assam, Meghalaya and Manipur.
The off shore trough extends from Gujarat to Kerala. With this, moderate to heavy rains will continue over South Coastal Gujarat, Konkan and Goa, while Coastal and North Interior Karnataka and Kerala will see light to moderate rains.

Up in North, a Western Disturbance is seen over East Jammu and Kashmir. With this, light to moderate rains will continue over the state along with Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Meanwhile, scattered showers are possible over parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh, while isolated showers may also occur over North Rajasthan.
