The Western Disturbance persists over Jammu and Kashmir. Its induced cyclonic circulation can be seen over West Uttar Pradesh. Also, a trough is extending from Punjab up to East Uttar Pradesh.
Due to these weather systems, rain and snow will continue at many places over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Meanwhile, rain and thundershowers are likely over parts of Punjab, Haryana, North and Northeast Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and isolated places of Delhi.
Coming to Northeast region; Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya may also record some spells of rain.
Dry weather will continue over central parts of the country.
Down South, a trough of low is extending over Comorin Area. In wake of this, scattered rains are likely over Tamil Nadu including Chennai, Kerala and South Karnataka including Bangalore.
Parts of Lakshadweep along with Andaman and Nicobar islands will also continue to record good rains.
