Beginning with North India, where a Western Disturbance is over North Jammu and Kashmir. We expect rain and snow over one or two places in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and upper reaches of Himachal Pradesh. Weather of North India as well as Uttarakhand will remain dry. Strong northwesterly winds are blowing over the Northern Plains. These winds will further drop the minimums of Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan and Delhi. Wind chill factor will be felt during the daytime due to these cold winds.
Talking about East India, where the same cold winds from Northwest will drop the minimums. Due to thinning of fog, day temperatures will rise over East Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. A Cyclonic Circulation is over South Assam. We expect good rains and snow over Arunachal Pradesh. Nagaland, Assam and Meghalaya will receive rains at some places. Kolkata will see a dry day.

Back in Central India, where minimums of Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and parts of Rajasthan have dropped by three to four degrees. Now, we expect temperatures of Chhattisgarh as well as parts of Gujarat will also fall by two to three degrees. Weather of entire Central parts of the country including Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra will remain dry.
Lastly in South India, where an anti-cyclone has formed over Telangana. Weather will remain dry over entire South Peninsula. Northeasterly dry winds will keep the maximum temperatures significantly above normal over coastal Karnataka and Kerala. However, there may be a marginal drop in minimums over Telangana. Isolated light rains are possible over extreme Southern parts of Tamil Nadu. Weather of Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru will remain dry.
