Weather Forecast for February 28: Rain in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha

In absence of any significant weather system, Northwest India will continue to be weather free with warm and pleasant day.

A cyclonic circulation is seen over Southwest Madhya Pradesh and adjoining areas. While the anti-cyclonic circulation is marked over Coastal Odisha and adjoining North Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Now the two opposing winds from these two systems has led to the formation of a confluence zone over Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh and Odisha.

With this, scattered light to moderate rain and thundershowers may occur over several parts of East and Central India on Sunday.

While another cyclonic circulation is seen over Assam and Meghalaya region, which may give isolated light showers over northeastern states.

Moving on to Peninsular India, moderate easterly winds are blowing over southern parts of region. Hence, we might get some light rain over southern parts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu on Sunday.
