The Western Disturbance has further moved in a northeast direction, and is seen as an upper air trough over East Jammu and Kashmir. In wake of this, rain and snow will continue over eastern parts of the state and isolated parts of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Meanwhile, northwestern plains will witness marginal drop in night temperatures on account of dry and cold northwesterly winds blowing across the region. Shallow to moderate fog can be observed in some parts.
The cyclonic circulation over Assam and Meghalaya is now seen over Upper Assam and adjoining Arunachal Pradesh. Arunachal Pradesh and East Assam may record light showers.
A cyclonic circulation is marked over South Coastal Gujarat and adjoining areas. With this, minimum temperatures are expected to rise over the area. Minimum temperatures may rise over East and South Madhya Pradesh, South Odisha and adjoining Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
