A fresh Western Disturbance is likely give light to moderate rain and snow at many places over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Also, foothills of Punjab may record isolated rain and thundershowers.
Minimum temperatures are expected to increase by 2 to 3 degrees over Gujarat and Rajasthan, and by 1 or 2 degrees over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh on account of an induced cyclonic circulation over Central Pakistan.
Meanwhile, day and night temperatures of East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and interior parts of Odisha are expected to fall by 2 to 3 degrees during the next 24 hours.
Talking about fog, intensity of fog will remain less due to winds blowing from northwest direction over the eastern parts of the country.
Central India will continue to witness dry weather. Minimum temperatures of East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh are expected to fall further.
Down South, a feeble cyclonic circulation is marked over Southwest Bay of Bengal off Sri Lankan Coast. No significant change in weather is expected due to these systems. Weather will remain warm and dry over southern peninsula.
