Beginning with Central India, where Chhattisgarh, South Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha might see, light rains and thundershowers due to the mixing of cold and moist winds. While, rest all parts of Madhya Pradesh are likely to remain dry with cold nights and a pleasant day. Bhopal will also see a dry and sunny day.
Coming onto East India, where similar winds will give light rains at one or two places over South Odisha. The state of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal are likely to remain dry with a sunny sky. Fog might be seen over these places during the morning hours. Another seasonal Cyclonic Circulation over eastern parts of Assam will bring light rains over some eastern parts of the Northeast states. Kolkata will see a hazy morning followed by a sunny day.

Talking about South India, where northern parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana might see light rains. At the same time, other parts of South Peninsula will remain dry and warm with a partly cloudy sky. Dry and warm weather ahead for Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.
Lastly in North India, where the approaching Western Disturbance will bring light rains and snow over Northern J&K by the night of February 3. While southern parts of Jammu and Kashmir,Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are likely to remain mostly dry with cloudy sky conditions. Mainly clear sky for Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. Moderate fog might engulf these areas during the morning hours.
