Beginning with North India, where a fresh Western Disturbance will soon approach the Western Himalayas. And a Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over Central Pakistan. We expect scattered light rains and snow over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Uttarakhand. Scattered rains are possible over North Punjab, North Haryana, and in isolated pockets of West Uttar Pradesh and Delhi by the night of February 20. Minimum temperatures in Northern Plains are expected to increase by 2 to 3 degrees. Delhi pollution is likely to remain in ‘poor to very poor’ level.
Coming on to East and Northeast India, where a Cyclonic Circulation is over East Assam and adjoining areas. We expect scattered rain and thundershowers to continue over Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and parts of Nagaland. Snowfall might be seen over Arunachal Pradesh and at one or two places over Sikkim. Minimum temperatures of East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal will increase as we expect medium and high clouds over here. Kolkata will remain warm and humid.

Talking about Central India, where the weather of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra will remain dry. Humid winds will increase moisture over the region and will raise the minimum temperatures. Meanwhile, Mumbai will see a warm and humid day.
Lastly in South India, where in the absence of any significant weather system, weather of entire South Peninsula will remain dry. Day temperatures of coastal Karnataka and Kerala will be in mid-30s to higher 30s. Temperatures in coastal Andhra Pradesh and coastal Tamil Nadu will remain in lower 30s. Meanwhile, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai will see a cloudy sky.
