Let’s begin with the weather over North; a Western Disturbance is prevailing over Jammu and Kashmir. This system is likely to move gradually eastwards. However, light to moderate rain and snow is expected to continue over parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Meanwhile, dry and cold northwesterly winds will again commence over the plains of North India. In consequence to this, the weather will now go dry and maximum temperatures will start rising by two to three degrees.

Delhi will witness partly cloudy sky and a dry day. Lucknow will too observe a dry day along with partly cloudy sky conditions.
Moving to Central India, the weather over most parts of the region would now go dry, however, parts of Chhattisgarh may witness light to moderate rains. Vidarbha and East Madhya Pradesh will observe partly cloudy sky and isolated thundery activity. Day temperatures over West Madhya Pradesh will start increasing now.
East and Northeast India, light rain is expected over isolated areas of East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. Maximum temperatures will remain below the normal level over most parts of East India.
Meanwhile, light rain is expected over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, East Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Kolkata is likely to have a dry day and partly cloudy sky, while Patna will witness partly cloudy to cloudy weather.

Lastly down South, dry weather is expected over most parts of Southern Peninsula; however isolated light rain may occur over Kerala. Day will remain warm over North Karnataka, Kerala and parts of Tamil Nadu.
Chennai will observe a warm and dry day. The weather in Bengaluru will be warm and dry. Hyderabad would also observe a dry day.
