After weakening, Cyclone Nada crossed the Tamil Nadu coast as a depression on Friday morning. Thereafter, the system continued to move westwards and has now re-emerged over Southeast Arabian Sea as a cyclonic circulation. With this, scattered light rain are likely over Kerala, Coastal Karnataka and Lakshadweep Islands, while isolated showers will continue over Tamil Nadu and South Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Up in Central India, the region will continue with dry weather and clear sky conditions. As a result, minimum temperatures will settle below normal over parts of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.

Meanwhile, dry and northwesterly winds have once again started blowing over the plains of North and East India. This will lead to marginal drop in minimum temperatures across the region. Dense fog will loosen its grip over the plains but shallow to moderate fog will persist over parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

Up in Northeast India, scattered light rains may occur over Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya, while rest of the region will witness dry weather only.
