A feeble cyclonic circulation is over South Andaman Sea and a trough is over Southeast Bay of Bengal. Due to this, rain intensity will increase over Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Another trough is seen extending in Southeast Arabian Sea from Lakshadweep region to Maldives, which will result in isolated showers over Lakshadweep Islands.
However, South India will continue to witness dry weather conditions.
Meanwhile up in North India, the Western Disturbance is over North Jammu and Kashmir and is likely to give isolated rain and snow over higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
Now, easterly winds are blowing over entire Northwest India along with parts of East India.
Night temperatures across Maharashtra, Telangana and Odisha will continue to settle below normal. However, marginal increase is expected. Minimums are also expected to witness a rise by 1 to 2 degrees over Northwest Plains.
Talking about fog, intensity of fog is expected to increase due to the change in wind pattern.
Thus, dense to very dense fog is likely over parts of East Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar. Moderate to dense fog will make a comeback over West Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and parts of Haryana.
