Beginning with South India, the Cyclonic Circulation now lies over Coastal Sri Lanka and adjoining area. Also, a trough is extending from this system up to Tamil Nadu coast. Due to this, South Tamil Nadu is expected to receive moderate rainfall with isolated heavy rains. Apart from this, light rainfall is possible along the South Andhra Pradesh coast, Rayalaseema, Kerala, and adjoining South Karnataka. These rainfall activities will intensify as the system moves further northwestwards.
Talking about East and Northeast India, a Cyclonic Circulation lies over Southeast Bangladesh and adjoining Tripura. A trough can also be seen extending through this system. These systems will bring along rainfall at a few places over the northeast states. In East India, dry north westerlies are prevailing over the region. Due to this, most of the places will have minimum temperatures below normal by 2-3 degrees. Shallow to moderate fog is expected to prevail at many regions including that of coastal Odisha.
In Central India, cold wave condition may prevail over North Gujarat and isolated parts of Madhya Pradesh. Moderate fog is likely in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, and at many parts of Madhya Pradesh. Night temperatures may rise over Konkan as moist and warm easterlies are likely to prevail over the coast.

In North India, the Western Disturbance has moved away across Jammu & Kashmir. This will bring rain and snow over East Jammu & Kashmir.
Apart from this, north-westerlies are blowing over the Plains. This will bring in cold wave conditions and ground frost in parts of Punjab, Haryana and North Rajasthan.
Delhi is also reeling under cold wave conditions and the same may continue for next 24 hours. Talking about Delhi Pollution, the AQI will cross the mark of 300.
