Beginning with North and Northwest India, a Western Disturbance can be seen over Jammu and Kashmir. This would give scattered light to moderate rains over the state along with its neighboring state of Himachal Pradesh. Uttarakhand would witness isolated rain and snow over the higher reaches.

Meanwhile, North Punjab will get isolated rains. Weather over rest of northwestern plains is expected to remain dry. Shallow to moderate fog will be seen at many places over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan and Northwest Uttar Pradesh. Talking about Delhi Pollution, the levels of pollution are likely to increase further in the wake of light winds.
Talking about East and Northeast India, the weather over both the regions will remain dry. Minimum temperatures over Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha and parts of Jharkhand will remain below the normal.
Additionally, dense to very dense fog is likely over the foothills of East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. While moderate fog is expected over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
Coming to Central India, medium and high clouds are expected to persist over South Rajasthan, Gujarat and many parts of Madhya Pradesh. These places would see rise in minimum temperatures.
However, Vidarbha and South Chhattisgarh will witness below normal minimums. Weather of the entire region will remain dry.
Lastly South India, a trough is seen extending from Southeast up to Southwest Bay of Bengal. Moderate winds will continue from northeast direction over Tamil Nadu Coast. Therefore, scattered light to moderate rains are expected over coastal and interior districts of the state. Chennai may see one or two spells of light rains.
Weather over Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is expected to be dry. Light to moderate rains are possible over Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
