A low pressure has formed over Northwest Bay adjoining West Bengal and Odisha. Due to this, heavy to very heavy rains are likely over Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand and parts of Chhattisgarh. Scattered moderate rains are likely over Bihar.
Meanwhile, a cyclonic circulation is over Assam and adjoining areas which will give moderate to heavy showers over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, and Sikkim with moderate rains over rest of Northeast India.
Up North, the axis of Monsoon trough is passing through Punjab, North of Haryana, Central Uttar Pradesh. Thus, heavy rains will continue over Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. Scattered light rains may occur over Himachal Pradesh, East Punjab, and Delhi.
Talking about Central India, isolated heavy rains are possible over Northeast Madhya Pradesh. Moderate showers are expected over West Konkan and Goa. Light rains are likely over rest of Maharashtra. A cyclonic circulation over Southwest Rajasthan may give light rain over Gujarat.

In South India, rains may increase over North Andhra Pradesh Coast and Telangana. Rest of the places may receive scattered light rains. Moderate rain is likely in parts of Karnataka Coast and adjoining Kerala.
