Starting with North, the axis of Monsoon trough is running along the Indo-Gangetic Plains due to which moderate showers are likely at many pockets of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand could see isolated heavy showers as well. Light rain in Jammu & Kashmir & North Rajasthan cannot be ruled out.
Moving onto East/Northeast, East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland with isolated heavy showers. In the interim, scattered rain at Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha can be expected.
Talking about Central parts, North Chhattisgarh is expected to see moderate to heavy showers, whereas rest of the state along with East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Konkan & Goa including Mumbai would get light to moderate rains.
There is also likelihood of light rain in pockets at West Madhya Pradesh, Madhya Maharashtra and Gujarat region.

Moreover, we expect light to moderate rain to continue over Coastal Karnataka, Telangana and Coastal Andhra Pradesh, while rainfall will remain subdued over rest of Southern Peninsula inclusive of Kerala.
