In north India, a Western Disturbance is persisting over eastern parts of Jammu and Kashmir. Due to this light rains will occur over Jammu and Kashmir while moderate to heavy rains are likely over Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
West Uttar Pradesh, North Haryana, North Punjab will receive light to moderate rains at many places. But weather of remaining parts of Haryana, Punjab and North Rajasthan will remain dry. Delhi may receive isolated rains.
Coming to east India a cyclonic circulation is persisting over south central Uttar Pradesh, therefore we expect good rains over many parts of Uttar Pradesh, some parts of Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. While, Northeastern states, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim will receive moderate to heavy rains at many places.

In central India East Madhya Pradesh, North Chhattisgarh will receive light to moderate rains at many places, while light rains with one or two moderate spells will continue over West Madhya Pradesh. Light at a few places are over Gujarat region and Vidarbha cannot be ruled out.
Scattered light to moderate rains are likely to continue over Konkan and Goa, Coastal Karnataka and Coastal Kerala. However scattered rains will continue over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and interior Karnataka.

Weather of Rayalseema and Tamil Nadu will be mainly dry but isolated rains cannot be ruled out.
