The well-marked low pressure area over Central India has weakened into low pressure area and is now marked over North Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Uttar Pradesh.
Another low pressure area is seen over Kutch region of Gujarat and adjoining South Rajasthan. Now the Monsoon trough is running through these system across South Rajasthan, Northeast Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and further into Northeast Bay of Bengal.
With this, moderate showers are likely over Kutch region, Southeast Rajasthan, North and West Madhya Pradesh. Isolated heavy spells may also occur over these areas.
Meanwhile, scattered light to moderate showers are expected over East Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and interior Odisha. Light rains may also occur over North Rajasthan, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh.
A trough is also extending from this low pressure area up to North Tamil Nadu. With this, Monsoon rains will return to the interiors of Peninsular India which has been witnessing mainly dry weather for last many days.
We can expect scattered light to moderate rain and thundershowers over Vidarbha, Marathwada, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and North Tamil Nadu including Chennai.
Konkan and Goa and Coastal Karnataka will also continue with moderate monsoon showers on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Northeast India will continue with subdued Monsoon rains.
