Beginning with North India, a Western Disturbance is over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir. With this scattered rains may occur over Jammu and Kashmir while light to moderate rains with one or two heavy spells are likely over Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
A cyclonic circulation is seen over Central Pakistan. Due to this, West Uttar Pradesh, North Haryana and adjoining Punjab will receive light to moderate rains. One or two heavy spells also cannot be ruled out.
Moving to East & Northeast side, the axis of Monsoon trough passes through central parts of Uttar Pradesh. Moreover, the region is also under the influence of a cyclonic circulation, and so we expect good rains over central as well as eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal.
In the meantime, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh will receive moderate to heavy rains. The rest of northeastern states may record scattered rains.

Coming to Central region, light to moderate rains will occur at many places over East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, parts of Chhattisgarh and Telangana, while the rain intensity will reduce over West Madhya Pradesh and Southeast Rajasthan. Scattered rains over Gujarat cannot be ruled out.
Down South, a feeble trough is extending from Andhra Pradesh Coast to South Tamil Nadu Coast. Due to this, we expect light to moderate rains over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and adjoining Tamil Nadu. Konkan and Goa, Coastal Karnataka and Kerala will continue to receive light to moderate rains. Light rains will occur over Rayalaseema and Interior Karnataka.

Talking about the metro cities of India, Delhi could receive light rains at one or two places, while Lucknow, Bengaluru and Hyderabad will record some good rainy spells.
