A fresh Western Disturbance is approaching North India and is presently lying over North Pakistan and adjoining areas. With this, we can expect scattered light to moderate rain and thundershowers over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. While Uttarakhand will only have isolated rains.

While in plains, only one or two places in Punjab will have isolated light rain on Saturday.

The trough is also extending from this system up to South Odisha. Accordingly, we can see some isolated light showers over parts of Chhattisgarh and Odisha.

Moving down south, the feeble cyclonic circulation is also prevailing over North Interior Karnataka. A trough is running from this system up to South Tamil Nadu.

This will bring scattered light to moderate rain and thundershowers over parts of Kerala, Tamil Nadu and South Karnataka on Saturday.
