Beginning with the weather over North India - the prevailing Western Disturbance has moved away eastwards. A fresh feeble Western Disturbance is prevailing over North Pakistan. In wake of this, dry weather is expected over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In fact, northwesterly dry winds will blow over the northwestern plains. Therefore, the weather of Punjab, Haryana, West Uttar Pradesh, North Rajasthan and Delhi will become dry. Moreover, both the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to increase.

Moving to the weather over Central India – a trough is seen over West Rajasthan. Therefore, isolated thunder activity will occur over West Rajasthan as well as over parts of Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha. Meanwhile, weather of Rajasthan and remaining parts of central India will become dry and warm. In fact, the day temperatures are expected to rise marginally over Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha.
Further in East and Northeast India - a cyclonic circulation is persisting over Bangladesh and adjoining regions. Moreover, humid winds from the Bay of Bengal are feeding moisture over the northeastern states. Henceforth, good rains will continue over entire Northeast India as well as over Sub Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. In fact, isolated parts of Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal may also observe light rainfall activity.

Lastly in South India - a trough is seen extending from Madhya Pradesh to Kerala across Karnataka. In wake of this weather system, scattered light to moderate rain and thundershower activity is likely over Kerala and Interior South Tamil Nadu. In fact, isolated thundershower activity is also possible over Coastal Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile, remaining parts of South India will remain dry.
Talking about the major cities across India - warm and dry weather will prevail over Delhi-NCR. Mumbai is likely to remain warm and humid. Light rains are expected over Kolkata, whereas the sky here will remain partly cloudy.
