Today let us start with the weather over North, a Western Disturbance can be seen over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir and its induced cyclonic circulation is sited over Central Pakistan.
Thus, light to moderate rain and thunderstorms may occur over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. The higher reaches of these regions may also observe snowfall. Meanwhile, parts of Uttarakhand are also expected to record some rainfall.
In plains, scattered rain and thunderstorms are expected over Punjab, while isolated showers along with dust storm may occur over Haryana, North Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh.
The national capital Delhi-NCR will witness partly cloudy sky conditions, with chances of light rain and thunderstorms. The city of Nawabs, Lucknow would see isolated thunderstorm, with partly cloudy sky conditions.

Moving to East and Northeast India, a trough is running from West Rajasthan up to Assam across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal. A cyclonic circulation can also be seen over West Bengal and adjoining Bangladesh.
Thus, good rainfall is likely to continue over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and northeastern states. In fact, rain and thundershowers are also expected along the foothills of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, while isolated showers may occur over Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha.
The sky is expected to remain partly cloudy over the city of Joy, Kolkata, with possibilities of rain and thundershowers. Patna would too witness partly cloudy sky but the weather will be warm.
In Central India, a north-south trough is extending from Uttar Pradesh up to Interior Tamil Nadu across Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Thus, isolated thundershowers are expected over East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh and parts of Vidarbha. Meanwhile, Gujarat and South Rajasthan would remain warm and dry.

The entertainment city of the country, Mumbai is expected to witness a warm and humid day along with partly cloudy sky conditions.
The trough would also give scattered rain and thundershowers over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Isolated rains are also expected over Telangana, Karnataka and Interior Tamil Nadu. However, dry weather will linger over Coastal Tamil Nadu.
Bengaluru would settle with partly cloudy sky and pleasant night. Hyderabad would see light rains during the next 24 hours. The city of Chennai will have warm and humid weather, with partly cloudy sky conditions.
