A Cyclonic Circulation is over Chhattisgarh and the Axis of Monsoon Trough is extending from Northwest Rajasthan to Northeast Bay of Bengal across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. Moderate rains with one or two heavy spells are expected over Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, South Chhattisgarh, East Rajasthan and parts of Gujarat and Konkan and Goa.
Light to moderate rains can be seen over parts of Vidarbha and Madhya Maharashtra.Places like Jagdalpur, Nagpur, Jabalpur, Hoshangabad, Betul, Damoh, Ratnagiri, Vadodara, Surat, Kota and Sawai Madhopur will see moderate rains with one or two heavy spells.

In the eastern parts of the country, rain activities will once again slowdown. However, southern districts of Odisha may get few spells of good rains. Places like Gajapati, Ganjam and Koraput will see good rains. Monsoon will remain subdued over West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand as well as over Northeast India.Kolkata to witness nearly dry weather.However, one or two moderate spells may occur over parts of Assam, Nagaland, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.
Monsoon is expected to revive over Northwest India and rains will commence over West Uttar Pradesh. Places like Moradabad, Bareilly, Bahraich, Muzaffarnagar and Meerut might see moderate rains. Also, light to moderate rains are possible over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, parts of Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. There will be a marginal relief from sultry weather over Delhi and NCR and partly cloudy sky will be a sight.
Finally, in South, Monsoon is expected to remain subdued over Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and Interior Karnataka. Light to moderate rains are possible over Telangana, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. One or two heavy spells are possible over Coastal Karnataka. Whereas Andaman and Nicobar Islands may see moderate to heavy rains with one or two very heavy spells.Bengaluru and Chennai will be dry while light to moderate rains can be seen over Hyderabad.
