The Low-Pressure Area is over Northeast Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, moderate rains with few heavy spells are expected over North Chhattisgarh along with east and central Madhya Pradesh. Places like Ambikapur,, Bilaspur, Korba, Satna, Jabalpur, and Damoh might see moderate to heavy rains.
Light to moderate rains with one or two heavy spells can be seen over parts of Vidarbha and East Rajasthan. Also, one or two short spells of rain are possible over Marathwada and South Chhattisgarh.
Mumbai to witness almost dry weather with isolated patchy rains.Whereas, Monsoon will remain subdued over Gujarat and rest Maharashtra.
In the eastern parts of the country, the axis of Monsoon Trough is crossing via Low-Pressure Area, South Jharkhand and North Odisha. Hence, moderate rains with isolated heavy spells are expected in East Uttar Pradesh and parts of Jharkhand. Light to moderate rains are possible over Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. While light rains at few places of Bihar, West Bengal and rest parts of Assam can be a sight.

In South, an off-shore Trough is extending from North Coastal Andhra Pradesh to Tamil Nadu. Scattered light to moderate rains is possible over Andhra Pradesh, Coastal Karnataka, Kerala and parts of Telangana and Tamil Nadu. Patchy rains can be seen over Chennai and Bengaluru.
Up in the North, the ongoing rain activities over Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh will now reduce. Weather will be nearly dry over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and North Rajasthan. However, localised rains cannot be ruled out.
Light rain may occur at few places of West Uttar Pradesh while moderate rains with isolated heavy spells can be seen over Uttarakhand. Chances of landslide and flash floods over Uttarakhand cannot be ruled out.
