A Low-Pressure Area is over North Rajasthan and adjoining Haryana. While a Western Disturbance is over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir. Therefore, moderate to heavy rains will be seen over parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand which might even trigger cloudburst and flash floods. Heavy Rains are expected in Jammu, Udhampur, Kangra, Dharamshala, Una, Bilaspur, Dehradun, Haridwar and Nainital.
Also, there will be a significant increase in rain activities over Punjab, Haryana and North Rajasthan. Few places of these regions might see three-digit rainfall as well. Places like Chandigarh, Ambala, Karnal, Ludhiana, Hisar, Sikar, Jhunjhunu are likely to see good rains. While moderate rains with one or two heavy spells may also occur over Delhi and NCR along with West Uttar Pradesh.
In the eastern parts of the country, a Cyclonic Circulation is over North Bangladesh and adjoining areas. A Trough is extending from East Uttar Pradesh to this Circulation. Hence, light to moderate rains with isolated heavy spells can be seen over West Bengal, Odisha with light to moderate rains over Jharkhand and parts of Bihar.

Whereas, scattered light rains with one or two moderate spells will be seen over East Uttar Pradesh. Whereas, northeast India will see light to moderate rains over few pockets.
In central parts of the country, scattered light to moderate rains are possible over Chhattisgarh, Konkan, Goa and few places of Vidarbha and Gujarat region.
Madhya Pradesh and interior Maharashtra will get light rains at few places. The intensity of rains over Madhya Pradesh are likely to recede now.
Finally, in South India, an off-shore Trough is extending from North Bay of Bengal to Tamil Nadu coast. Thus, moderate rains with one or two heavy spells may occur over North coastal Tamil Nadu and adjoining parts of South Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Coastal Karnataka, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, adjoining parts of Telangana and Andaman and Nicobar Islands will see light to moderate rains.
Rain activities over Kerala will now reduce and there will be light rains with one or two moderate spells.
