To begin with North India, the fresh Western Disturbance lies over North Jammu and Kashmir. Its induced cyclonic circulation is seen over Northwest Rajasthan. A trough is extending from this circulation up to Southwest Uttar Pradesh. Due to these systems, light to moderate rains are likely over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Isolated snowfall may also occur over the higher reaches. Dust storm and thunderstorm will occur in parts of Rajasthan, North Punjab, Haryana and Delhi-NCR.
In East/Northeast India, a trough is extending from Bihar to Manipur across West Bengal. Thus, we expect light to moderate rain and thundershowers over parts of Northeast India, Sikkim, West Bengal and Odisha. Jharkhand and East Bihar may also witness isolated rains.
