Temperatures rising across the country. There seems no relief from scorching weather in parts of North, West and Central India. But, do not fret much. Multiple weather systems will bring back rainy spells across the country very soon.
Here we can see that maximums will remain above 40°C in most parts of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Northeast India will be the coolest region of the country, with maximums around 30 degrees.
Dry westerly winds will lead to rise in temperatures across the northern plains and Central India. We could also witness heat wave conditions in parts of Gujarat and Rajasthan.
A feeble cyclonic circulation over East India will not bring any rain as such. But this system will change the wind pattern and easterly winds will definitely keep the temperatures under check in east Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. Northeast will continue to receive scattered rainfall.
Another region to receive rain on Wednesday will be South India. The trough running from South Interior Karnataka to extreme southern parts of the peninsula will bring rain along the trough. Isolated rainfall activity likely in the coastal parts of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh as well.
