The stage is once again set for the game that always brings the two nations to a standstill, as the fierce arch rivals India and Pakistan clash in the Champion Trophy final on Sunday at The Oval, London.

The title holder India is the favorite for the trophy, which is fresh from two back to back dominant victories against South Africa and Bangladesh. But, one cannot underestimate Pakistan, looking at their performance in the last few matches, especially against England.

And as, we all know, the match between these two countries is much beyond the game.

The Indo-Pak clash has always been a high intensity match. In fact, if reports are to be believed, around Rs 2,000 crore will be on stake for Sunday's Champion's Trophy final, according to estimates by the All India Gaming Federation (AIGF).

On June 18, all streets of India and Pakistan will be empty as the most awaited match of the decade will be played at 3:00 PM (IST).

Weather gods will too remain a spectator paving way for a full-fledged match. However, isolated thunderstorm activity cannot be ruled out but will not impact the play much.

India, however, does have an upper hand since Pakistan usually is on the losing side against India in ICC tournaments. India and Pakistan are meeting each other for the first time in an ICC 50-over final.

However, India will remain under pressure as the Pakistan team has a fresh batch of players who have exuberating confidence.

Live status of Lightning and thunder

Ten years ago, India and Pakistan had clashed against one another in an ICC final and Gambhir’s knock of 77 helped India sail through wherein MS Dhoni lifted his first ICC Champions Trophy.

Ten years later, here we are. The only difference here is that it is the Mini World Cup and the captain has been replaced.

We hope that the combination of the aggressive Virat Kohli and the ex-captain cool’s calm will help India lift the mini world cup.

So all the very best to Indian Cricket Team.
