The countrywide cumulative rainfall deficiency has come down to 4.7%. Rajasthan should watch out for flood-like situation in the coming days.

The Western Disturbance is still stationed Jammu and Kashmir. It will bring moderate rainfall activity in in the state. But, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand will receive light rainfall only.

Tomorrow the Indo Gangetic plains of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar will receive very less rainfall.

The Monsoon trough is running between the two weather systems, across Jhansi and Satna in Madhya Pradesh. It has shifted south of its normal position and will bring rainfall all along the trough line.

The cloud configuration and wind patter suggests that system over Central Rajasthan has will intensify into a depression very soon. Southwest Monsoon will remain vigorous in this part of the country. The system will continue to bring heavy showers in Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.

The depression lying over North Bay of Bengal and adjoin Coastal Odisha will bring heavy showers in coastal parts of West Bengal and Odisha. As the system moves inland rainfall activity will increase over Jharkhand, North Chhattisgarh and rest of West Bengal. Northeast India will receive only light scattered rainfall.

The offshore trough will be active all from Kerala to Konkan & Goa. It could bring heavy showers mainly over Konkan & Goa. Light rainfall likely in Coastal Maharashtra.

Maximums will be way below normal in Central India and Rajasthan. But, day temperatures will be above normal at few places over Interiors of Peninsular India. Rest of the country will witness normal temperatures.
