The Western Disturbance is still lying over Jammu and Kashmir. On Saturday, we could expect scattered rainfall activity in Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir. Isolated places in this region could witness heavy rain as well.

The Monsoon trough is extending from Bikaner in Rajasthan up to East central Bay of Bengal across Guna, Jabalpur, Bilaspur and Kolkata. Scattered rainfall likely all along the trough line.

In view of the Monsoon trough and Western Disturbance, plains of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and NCR could receive few spells of rain tomorrow.

The cyclonic circulation over Gujarat is moving away. But, we can still expect scattered rain in the state.

There is one cyclonic circulation over East Rajasthan and adjoining West Madhya Pradesh. Another one could be seen over Chhattisgarh. Consequently, this part of the country will witness vigorous Monsoon activity. Heavy showers likely over East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and adjoining Odisha region. Parts of Maharashtra will receive some rain as well.

The cyclonic circulation over North Bay of Bengal will bring scattered rainfall over West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand. Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Meghalaya will also experience active Monsoon conditions.

The offshore trough will be active all along the West Coast. It will bring heavy showers, mainly over Kerala, Konkan & Goa. Scattered rainfall cannot be ruled out over Telangana and Coastal Andhra

Maximums in the northern plains will come down to lower thirties. Maximums will be above at few places over North Interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema and West Rajasthan.

In rest of the country we expect temperatures to remain near normal levels.
