Off-shore trough along the west coast has kept Southwest Monsoon active, specially over coastal Karnataka and Konkan Goa. This will also give good showers over South Gujarat and parts of Madhya Pradesh.
Weather conditions are now favourable for the further advancement of Monsoon shortly.
On the eastern side, we can see a cyclonic circulation in North Bay of Bengal, which is in a process of more organising and may turn into a low pressure area in next 24 hours.
The will impact the wind pattern over Northeast India reducing the intensity of rain over the region on Wednesday. However, it will be giving rain and thundershowers over parts of West Bengal and Odisha.
Meanwhile in inland, we have another two feeble cyclonic circulations, one over south Chhattisgarh and adjoining Telangana and another over Bihar and Jharkhand region. Both the systems will be causing rain and thunderstorms in their respective areas.
Moving on to North India, plains of region will remain mostly dry. However, parts of North Rajasthan may witness dust storm and thundershowers on pretext of a cyclonic circulation over central Pakistan and adjoining Rajasthan.
